ROLF SCS owns and operates two major terminals in Moscow and St.Petersburg with various services and operation flows. We also have extensive experience in running leased terminals and are used to handling high volumes of vehicles (more than 175,000 in 2008).

All ROLF SCS terminals work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. They are supported by unique terminal management software which gives our customers visibility of their vehicles in storage and progress through the technical services centers. We offer complete security, handling from delivery to dispatch and terminal management services tailored to each customer’s requirements including battery and tire checks, refuelling and vehicle cleaning.

Further regional expansion of ROLF SCS Terminals is currently under development.

ROLF SCS Terminal Lobnya (Moscow)

ROLF SCS terminal Lobnya is located 17 km to the North-West of Moscow, and is only six km away from the Abbakumovo customs point. Current storage capacity of this facility exceeds 5,000 vehicle spaces. The full range of terminal services is offered in Lobnya, including handling and storage of vehicles, fuelling and carwash.

The terminal also serves as the home base of our transportation department with most of our transportation fleet located on site, which gives us optimal flexibility for servicing our customers. All the services required for regional and international trips are provided here , including documents preparation, medical examination for the drivers, and the technical inspection of the transporter fleet.

Further planned development of the ROLF SCS terminal Lobnya includes a substantial increase in storage capacity to 10 000 spaces, as well as a bonded zone, technical services center, and office building.

ROLF SCS Terminal Elite-Trans (Saint Petersburg)

ROLF SCS Terminal Elite-Trans is located in the south-west of Saint Petersburg, and is less than ten kilometers away from Petrolesport. Current storage capacity of this facility exceeds 2 500 vehicles.

The terminal serves as one of two delivery points of excise goods (including vehicles) in the North-West of Russian Federation. Department of Customs Clearance and Customs Control №4 of the North-West Customs Station of the Central Excise Customs is located at the terminal. Total area of the Customs Control Zone is 2 ha.

The terminal owns railroad link with Oktyabrskaya Railway and is able to accept bonded and non-bonded goods, including high and heavy machinery.

The terminal operates Technical Service Center including mechanical shop, paint and body shop and carwash, exceeding 5 000 sqm. The full capacity for car’s repair is 1 000 cars per month.

The terminal accommodates ROLF SCS spare parts regional distribution hub.

The full range of terminal services for finished vehicles and high and heavy equipment and machinery include acceptance and dispatching by land and rail, handling and storage, customs clearance, technical services, fuelling, and carwash.

The terminal also serves as the regional hub for our transportation department with part of our transportation fleet located on site, which allows us optimal flexibility in servicing our customers, especially for those located in the North-West region of Russia.
