We have experience in handling a variety of different import documentation — including special regimes, such as for example temporary import (Import 58) — as well as carrying out export work for a number of clients.

Our team of experts will help you select the customs broker, register at the customs point, prepare documentation, calculate customs duties and taxes, obtain all necessary certificates and permissions.

ROLF SCS owns a unique resource for providing customs clearance services – our own multi-modal ROLF SCS Terminal Elite-Trans in St. Petersburg – one of the two delivery locations of customs excise goods (including vehicles) in the North-West region of Russian Federation.

The customs registration and customs control department № 4 of the North-West excise customs post of the Central Excise Customs of the Federal Customs Service of Russia is located on the terminal. In addition to that the customs registration and customs control department of the Central Excise Customs located at Elite-Trans is the only authorized unit in the North-West region of Russia for registration of excise goods delivered by sea.

The goods for customs clearance can be delivered to our terminal not only by land, but also by rail: it is the only terminal in the North-West region that has an own railway link with a dedicated Customs Control Zone and Temporary Storage Bonded Warehouse.

More than 90% of customs goods carriers arriving at the terminal get through the customs clearance process within the 24 hour regime.

ROLF SCS Terminal Elite-Trans has Customs Control Zone area 20 000 m2, open Temporary Storage Bonded Warehouse compound 3 547 m2, and covered Temporary Storage Bonded Warehouse 2 000 m2.

Average daily volume of customs cleared cargo carriers is 150 units.
